Most of us, as instructors or coaches, will say that we teach because we like to see that “lightbulb moment” in our student.That moment when they truly learn or get that thing we are teaching. The hard part is knowing what that thing is. How do we discover, at the most transformative level, the ONE thing to teach our students (or learn for ourselves)?
In this immersive, hands-on 2 day course we will explore and develop new techniques to unlock and optimize the teaching skills you already bring to the table. By focusing on one thing, we open up everything else. We will play, experiment, and apply the following concepts:
- The TRUTH in 15 minutes or less
- Curiosity mindsets
- The Coaches Eye
- Building cohesive learning sessions that incorporate a variety of learners
- Use of honest, self-accountability feedback loops
Oh, and as always, it will be fun, awkward, a little uncomfortable and most importantly filled with growth. Your students deserve it!
